Our name says it all—Lightning Labels. Let's break down the process and show you how fast we can really be once you get started with us.

Once you've received your quote, you have three proof options:

Option 1: We Email a PDF Art Proof to You

• You will receive an electronic art proof via email within 24 hours.
• Important: Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
• Review the proof carefully and approve it by email. This step is crucial for maintaining speed.

• We print and ship an actual printed label for your approval.
• This option takes more time and incurs an additional charge.

• Your labels go directly to the press for printing.
• This is the fastest option but we are not responsible for the way the art looks on the label.  Approving a proof is the best way to ensure you are getting exactly what you want.

The Importance of Proof Approval

Approving your proof quickly is crucial to our lightning-fast process. Once we receive the proof approval back from you, your labels go right to press.

NOTE: Emails can sometimes go to spam folder - be sure to mark your account manager's email address (or any other @lightninglabels.com email address as NOT SPAM). 

• Logged In Orders: Once you’re a Lightning Labels customer, reordering is simple. Log into your account and place your order—it goes directly to your account manager for processing.  All the work has already been done on your first order, so all future orders (of the same label) will be very fast.
• Non-Logged In Orders: If you’re not logged in, it can slow down the process as we need to track down your account and account manager.

• Efficient Setup: Our process ensures a smooth setup for new customers, preventing issues down the line.
• Fast Turnaround: Once set up, most orders ship in 2-3 business days.
• Dedicated Support: Your account manager is always available to assist with any questions or special requests.
