Our free printed press proofs are a complimentary service we provide to all our customers. Unlike digital proofs, which are emailed, printed press proofs allow you to see and feel your labels in real life before committing to a full production run. 

These proofs are printed on the exact material and laminate you selected for your order, giving you an accurate representation of the final product.

Ordering a free printed press proof is simple and straightforward. Here’s how the process works:

1. Place Your Order: Begin by placing your order for custom printed labels on our website. During the ordering process, you can request a printed press proof.
2. Proof Approval: Every order comes with a digital proof (PDF) that we email to you for approval. You can either approve the digital proof or request a printed press proof if you want a physical sample.
3. Receive Your Proof: Once requested, we will print your proof on the specified material and laminate and ship it to you. Note that these proofs come uncut, so you may need to use scissors to cut them out.
4. Review and Approve: Upon receiving your printed press proof, review it carefully. Check the colors, material, and sizing to ensure everything is as you expect.
5. Finalize Your Order: If you are happy with the proof, approve it, and we will proceed with the full production run of your labels. If there are any issues, we can make adjustments before moving forward.

Important Note: While the printed press proofs are free with your order, we do charge for shipping. If you decide to cancel your order after receiving the printed proof, there will be a $50 charge plus shipping costs.
